Prompts for a real estate website with AI

Three websites for selling spaces: a development you walk through from its floor plan, a luxury agency with a first-person tour and an architecture studio where you drag the sun across the house. Each one is a prompt your AI builds in your stack.

3 prompts

Show the space, not just photos

In Plano the cursor walks the flat and each room fills with its photo before rising into a 3D model. In Avenida the listings dock onto the map. In Solana the house goes from first light to night.

Your development, your details

The copy comes in blocks you replace with the development's or the studio's own, and the palette and typography are described so you can match the brand.

For agencies and freelancers

The paid license covers client sites with no attribution and no limit on sites, so you can use the same prompt across several developments.

What each prompt includes

  • The page structure, section by section, and the motion of each one with its numbers.
  • The palette by role and the typography, so you can change them to the brand knowing what you're touching.
  • The copy in blocks per section, to swap for the business's own before pasting.
  • Acceptance criteria to check that what your AI built is what you asked for.

How to use it

  1. Open the layer and copy the prompt.
  2. Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or v0, or let your agent fetch it with the MCP server.
  3. Swap the copy, the photos and the brand for the business's own. The docs explain how to bring it into Next.js, Astro or WordPress.

FAQ

Before you start

No. They're presentation sites with their motion and structure; a listing connected to your database or a real estate CRM would have to be added separately by your AI or your team.

Every generation is different: your AI makes its own version, not a pixel copy. What the prompt pins down is the structure, the rhythm and the motion, with their numbers and acceptance criteria; what changes are the visual details, the images and the copy you put in.

Written and checked with Claude Opus 5, and the Obsidiana prompt has also been tested with ChatGPT. Any agent that accepts a long prompt can use them, but we haven't measured them against others.

With any paid plan: a commercial license for your own and your clients' projects, no attribution and no limit on sites. It doesn't allow reselling or redistributing the prompts or the code as they are.

Unlimited: $79 a year or $139 for life (one-time payment). It unlocks the whole library, not just these. Obsidiana, Cardumen, Vermell and Laocoonte are free so you can try the flow before paying.
