Who provides the service
Scrollwork is owned by Blufox LLC, a company incorporated in the United States, which provides the service. Payments are processed by Stripe as a reseller, which charges you and issues the receipt. Contact: team@scrollwork.dev.
What we collect
Your email address when you create an account or subscribe to the newsletter. Payment and billing details (name, address, card) are collected by Stripe, which processes the purchase as a reseller; we only receive which plan you bought and the amount. We never store card numbers.
What for
To give you access to what you bought, to tell you about new layers if you subscribed, and to detect abuse of the free copy limit.
Who we share it with
With the providers we need to operate: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (sending sign-in emails and the newsletter). No one else, and we never sell data.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure and portability. Write to team@scrollwork.dev and we'll handle it within 30 days at most.
Retention
For as long as your account is active. If you close it, we delete your personal data within 90 days, except billing records, which the law requires us to keep.
