Who provides the service
Scrollwork is owned by Blufox LLC, a company incorporated in the United States, which provides the service. Payments are processed by Stripe as a reseller, which charges you and issues the receipt. Contact: team@scrollwork.dev.
What you buy
Access to a library of prompts and, depending on the plan, to the associated source code. You're not buying software or a custom service.
Acceptable use
Access is individual. Sharing the account is prohibited, as is automated or bulk downloading of the library. Accounts that do so are restricted.
Who charges you
Payments are processed by Stripe as a reseller (merchant of record): it charges you, applies the VAT or sales tax of your country and sends you the receipt. That's why Stripe or Link may appear on your statement.
Refunds
Access to the prompts starts at the moment of payment. By buying you expressly accept that immediate start and, with it, that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to digital content. If there's a problem with your purchase, write to us and we'll review it case by case.
Availability
We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor that a particular AI model will produce a given result. The prompts describe a piece; the result depends on your model.
Changes
We may change prices and plans. Whatever you've already bought is honoured under the terms you bought it on.
